American Rate Hub is an independent third-party data auditing and verification platform. We are NOT a roofing contractor, subcontractor, or construction entity. We do not perform roofing work, supply materials, or manage job sites. Our "Verified" status represents a historical, point-in-time assessment of a contractor's public credentials and insurance data.

Any and all agreements, contracts, warranties, and financial transactions are strictly between the homeowner and the independent roofing contractor. American Rate Hub is fully indemnified and held harmless from any disputes arising from these independent contracts.

While we rigorously verify $1M+ liability insurance and licensing at the time a contractor joins our network, insurance policies can lapse or be canceled by the contractor without our immediate knowledge. Homeowners are strictly required to request and physically verify a "Certificate of Insurance" (COI) directly from the contractor before signing any documents or paying any deposits.
