CRITICAL NOTICE: ARH is not a licensed general contractor, public adjuster, or insurance carrier. The data extracted through our software represents an algorithmic baseline for structural evaluation, and under no circumstances does it constitute a legally binding estimate or structural engineering report.
The Zero-Liability Shield
While our network strictly filters contractors to admit only the top 5% of state-vetted entities, ARH operates as an intermediary conduit. Any contract, financial transaction, or physical repair work conducted is strictly between the homeowner and the dispatched independent contractor.
By utilizing this platform, the End-User explicitly agrees that ARH holds zero liability for property damages, financial disputes, sub-standard materials, or delays caused by third-party field execution. The End-User assumes all responsibility for final due diligence prior to signing binding documents with any vendor.
Intellectual Property & Engine Code
All source code, algorithmic logic, forensic mapping variables, and visual user interfaces displayed on americanratehub.com are the exclusive intellectual property of American Rate Hub. Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering of our actuarial database, or automated bot-network extractions are federal violations and will be prosecuted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Network Restrictions
Access to the ARH database is granted solely for individual homeowners securing property assets. The following actions result in immediate IP bans and potential legal action:
- Competitor roofing companies submitting false sector zip codes to manipulate our routing logistics.
- Insurance carriers attempting to bypass or analyze our compliance matrices to deny homeowner claims.
- Lead generation brokers attempting to inject fraudulent tokens into our secure database.
Dispute Arbitration Protocol
Any legal disputes arising from the use of the ARH software or network must be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By accessing our software, you waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against American Rate Hub.
